Winner of Cycling Embassy poster competition!

What a way to end the week!

Can’t conceal my over-the-moon happiness at being informed that I am the winner of the Cycling Embassy of Great Britain’s Summer Poster Competition!

There were some amazing entries, some brilliant graphic design and illustrations! So chuffed that one of the runners up was also of Mancunian origin (see the empty M57)!

To top it all off the judges were Mr and Mrs Hembrow.

Read the post I’ve written for CEoGB, which details a little where the idea for the poster came from and the inspiration about everyday cycling that Allan’s post about his parents always brings me, since coming across it this time last year.

There are many exciting projects being set out by CEoGB for the future, have a look at the website news, the brilliant Blog Roundups that Sally Hinch compiles for us, which sorts out my reading for the week.
